Developing a drone simulation platform for researching synchronous, remote collaboration during humanitarian crisis
ROLE: HCI Research Associate
TEAM: William Qian, Mehrnaz Sabet, Amber Zheng, Isabel Dawson,
Paul Vermette
INSTITUTION: Cornell University
YEAR June 2021 - May 2022
Brief
Since June 2021 I have been working on a synchronous, collaborative drone research project at the Cornell Collaborative Technologies Lab. In addition to iteratively prototyping cross-platform builds for the leading researcher, I also helped to improve simulation experience by identifying design priorities and strategically implementing technical improvements.

This is on ongoing research, and I am unable share details. However, I would love to talk about my experience and learning from this project.
